Working alongside our Senior leadership at the Area and National levels has afforded me the opportunity to become a “shaper of change,” contributing ideas on how we can advance our TLOD agenda in areas of community outreach, membership engagement, leadership development, strategic planning, and operations. To whom much is given, much is required. In working with our National Leadership, I remain firmly committed in “doing the right things,” and “doing things the right way.” Operating with grace, fairness, equity, and integrity are my guiding leadership principles.
